This ensures that your emails are sent from matching ESPs, such as Gmail to Gmail, Outlook to Outlook, Zoho to Zoho, and so on.
The goal of ESP matching is to boost delivery at scale without any extra effort from your end, while maintaining a seamless user experience.
For example: Let's consider a scenario where you upload 100 leads, all of which are analyzed to be using Gmail as their email service provider.
However, among your attached mailboxes, you have 2 Gmail accounts and 8 Zoho accounts.
In this case, the optimization will not overload your Gmail accounts with sending emails to all 100 leads. Instead, at the point of sending, the system will look for available mailboxes that have similar ESPs (in this case, Gmail) and use those for sending.
Sending Allocation: For example, if your next sending time is in 2 minutes, at the 2-minute mark, our system will use all your selected mailboxes for the campaign. In this example, the
2 Gmail accounts will be matched with 2 Gmail leads, and the other 8 Outlook accounts will also be used to send emails to Gmail leads.
Prioritization: If there are 50 Gmail leads and 50 Outlook leads, at every email trigger, the 2 Gmail accounts will be allocated to 2 Gmail leads, and the 8 Outlook accounts will be allocated to 8 Outlook leads. This prioritization will continue until the Outlook leads finish, after which those 8 Outlook accounts will be used to send emails to the remaining Gmail leads.
