As part of our LinkedIn InMail outreach service, we provide pre-built, fully managed LinkedIn avatars for your campaigns. To ensure maximum deliverability, compliance with LinkedIn’s monitoring systems, and long-term account health, there are strict guidelines around what can and cannot be customized.
1. ID Verification & Authenticity
All avatars are ID verified with LinkedIn before use.
We make minimal edits to profiles to reduce the risk of restrictions.
2. Gender Selection
We cannot guarantee a specific gender for your avatar.
Gender is determined by the available stock from our vendor at the time of setup.
3. Profile Images & Headers
No changes are made to profile photos or header images.
These are the most closely monitored areas by LinkedIn, and altering them increases the risk of restrictions.
4. Editable Sections We only make safe, surface-level adjustments to:
Headline
About/Bio
Note: These sections are generated using AI for relevance and professionalism. They have no impact on outreach performance—campaign results are driven by targeting, messaging, and sending strategy.
5. Sections We Cannot Edit
Past experience and historical job listings will remain unchanged.
Job Titles can’t be changed.
This is because LinkedIn closely monitors profile history—changing it can trigger account flags.
We cannot fabricate a background in a specific industry to “match” your company, as this can lead to account restrictions.
6. Connection Count
Some avatars may have fewer than 100 connections.
This is normal and safe - connection count does not affect outreach performance.
7. Account Access & Security
Clients will not receive direct login access to avatars.
All avatars are logged in exclusively through our dedicated proxies/IPs to maintain consistency and avoid LinkedIn’s security flags.
Logging in from multiple devices/locations breaks this consistency and can cause restrictions.
8. Risk of Over-Customization
The more edits made to a profile, the higher the chance of triggering LinkedIn’s restriction systems.
Our minimal-edit policy is designed to maximize campaign lifespan and keep outreach running smoothly.
In short: We prioritize long-term account safety over heavy customization. The avatar is a vessel for sending messages - its profile details are secondary to targeting, copywriting, and sending strategy.
