Now, effortlessly attach images, and videos directly in your emails while responding to leads.
To start, select “Master Inbox” located in the left-side main menu.
Once in the Master Inbox, click on the specific lead you're engaging with. This action will display the full conversation thread, as illustrated in the provided image.
To respond, simply click on the reply icon.
This action opens an email composition box to the right of your screen, much like the example shown.
While composing your email, use the 'upload file' feature to attach any necessary files.
Upon attaching your files, they will appear beneath the body of the email, as depicted in the example image.
Click on Send Now to send your email reply to the lead along with Attachments.
Please note: The Master Inbox not only allows you to send attachments in your replies to leads but also enables you to receive attachments when leads respond with them.
The attachment size should not exceed 15MB.
