Testing emails during an active campaign is essential to ensure quality and performance. Even after your campaign is live, you can still test individual steps to make sure everything looks and works as expected. Here’s how you can do it:
Go to the Final Step: Navigate to the specific step in your campaign where you want to test the email.
Apply a Filter: Use the filter option located at the top left to refine your lead list.
Search for Scheduled Leads: Look for leads that are marked as "scheduled." These are the leads yet to receive the email for that step.
Send a Test Email: Once you identify the scheduled leads, you’ll find the Test Email option at the bottom right. Click on it to send the test email for review.
